I lived in Seattle for 10 years and had just started my photography career there when we moved to San Diego. I try to get up there once a year to take portraits for the families I met prior to moving. The air was filled with smoke from the neighboring forest fires, but this family didn't let it ruin their session. We explored Discovery Park together and captured all the fun along the way.
