1. Flowy Dresses:
Flowy dresses are a must for that ethereal, goddess-like vibe. I love the way they catch the wind and if there is no wind, we can play with the dress to get some movement in your photos. Think soft, breathable fabrics that are comfortable to wear and even catch the sunlight. Solid earth tones are perfect for fitting in with the natural surroundings of your location.
2. Form-Fitting Knit Dresses:
Show off your curves in a form-fitting knit dress! Choose a stretchy fabric that hugs your bump in all the right places. Opt for solid neutral colors over patterns for a timeless look. Don't be afraid to wear a two piece dress and show off that belly. This outfit is both comfortable and flattering, perfect for showcasing your beautiful baby bump!
3. Jeans with Sports Bra and Oversized 'Boyfriend' Shirt:
I always encourage a second look at your maternity session that includes showing off your bare belly. I personally regret not getting professional photos of my belly when I was pregnant with my son. This is likely why I push for it with my clients! For a more casual, laid-back look, opt a pair of unbuttoned jeans with a comfy sports bra. Add an oversized shirt or kimono to catch the wind and sunlight.
